In my private practice, I have been offering psychotherapy, consultation and assessment to children, adolescents, and adults for over twelve years. Trained as a school psychologist with a solid clinical psychological foundation, I have also worked in hospitals and schools. This breadth of experience provides me with insight into a great variety of individuals at many phases in life, in various settings.

My approach to treatment focuses on you, the individual: making a strong, positive connection, providing a comprehensive intake to form important diagnostic information, developing a relevant yet attainable treatment goal, and forming a meaningful working relationship with each person who consults with me. Together, we can take your therapy experience as far as it can go, enabling you to reach your fullest potential.

Individual, small group, family, and couples' therapy formats are available, depending on your needs. Special groups are available in the areas of social skills therapy, women's support, and weight management groups with a registered dietitian, Lori Kolodin, RD, MPH.
