A behavioral approach to child and adolescent
weight management

Co-led by a licensed psychologist and a registered dietitian, this 10 session group will provide children with the necessary tools to manage their weight. Participants will explore problematic lifestyles and learn helpful strategies to gain control of weight. A companion program for parents provides insight onto successful weight management. A pre-program assessment with the dietitian and psychologist provides essential baseline data, and begins the enrollment process.
